NoVA Surveys, Inc. is a fully licensed and Insured Professional Land Surveying Company in Northern Virginia. We give you the best quality surveys by combining the latest technologies with attention to detail and years of surveying experience. Civil 3D 2013 (Auto CAD 2013) is the current format for our Cad Drafting and computing departments. We employ Robotic reflectorless total stationing equipment in the field along with GPS equipment, that uses satellites for precise measurements and coordinate data.

All Survey plats are saved online.  In addition to the paper plats delivered directly to you, you will also be able to download a pdf copy of your survey plat at any time and as many times as you like (even 10 years later).

** Prices listed are estimates. 95% of all our quotes should equal the listed estimate. Local knowledge of the subdivision or the shape of the lot will alter listed estimates i.e. Old Town Alexandria Town homes (not in a subdivision) will be quoted much higher. i.e. Pipestem lots will be quoted higher.
