NoVA Surveys, Inc. is a fully licensed and Insured Professional Land Surveying Company in Northern Virginia.  We are a newer company.  As such, we are willing to work hard to earn your business and make sure you are completely satisfied with our product.  We specialize in House Location Surveys  and  Lot and property line stakeouts for new construction and fences etc.   Our Survey plats are full color and of high quality and detail.  Turnaround time on orders can be as little as two days.   Service is our goal and we are willing to work harder to be your land surveyor of choice.

  • House Location and stakes = House Location fee +$100  (Corners set and points set along property line for building fences)
    
• Lot Stakeout / Property Line Stakeouts   (No plat, Stakes set in the ground at your property corners and along the property lines)
  

•  All lots less than half an acre $300
•  Lots less than an acre  $340
•  Larger than an acre -- by quote
  

• Setback Certification = house location Fee + $50  ($310 for most lots)
• Boundary Surveys – by quote 
• ALTA / ACSM Surveys – by quote 
• GPS – Horizontal & Vertical State Plane Control – by quote
• Topographic Surveys – by quote
• Elevation / Flood Certification
• Special Permit Plat –  by quote (starting at $550)
  

All Survey plats are saved online.  In addition to the paper plats delivered directly to you, you will also be able to download a PDF copy of your survey plat at any time and as many times as you like (even 10 years later).
